I recently had the privilege of getting to know Crystal this past month and she's been a pure gem! In that we've also discussed a common positive change whether externally or internally, growth! For me growth has been absolutely huge the past year of 2015. It took me a whopping 24 years to really understand and become one with myself. So let yourself not be discouraged or get down when it comes to life.
